This policy applies to House of Influencer Marketing and its subsidiaries.
Right to Privacy
We value the privacy of all individuals and are committed to safeguarding privacy rights. Our company adheres to rigorous data security measures to protect personal information entrusted to us. We also encourage transparency and control by ensuring individuals can access, delete, or correct personal data through data subject access requests, in line with the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and relevant data protection laws.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
House of Influencer Marketing is dedicated to building a diverse workforce, promoting an inclusive culture, and fostering equity throughout our organization. We are committed to equal opportunity for all employees and do not tolerate discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, religion, or any other characteristic protected under Indian law, such as the Constitution of India and the Equality Act, 2019. Our recruitment, hiring, training, and advancement processes are based solely on merit, performance, skills, and experience. Harassment, retaliation, or inappropriate behavior in any form is not tolerated.
Wages, Hours, and Benefits
We believe that every worker deserves fair compensation that meets basic needs and provides for discretionary income. We strive to offer competitive wages in line with industry standards and local labor markets. We comply fully with applicable Indian labor laws, including the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 and Factories Act, 1948, ensuring fair compensation, overtime pay, and safe working conditions throughout our supply chain.
Safe and Healthy Workplace
The health and safety of our employees are paramount. We are committed to providing a workplace that is free of recognized hazards and in compliance with health and safety regulations under Indian law, such as the Factories Act, 1948. We take steps to identify and mitigate workplace risks and ensure that our employees work in a safe and healthy environment.
Workplace Security
We believe in treating employees with respect and dignity. Our company ensures a work environment free from harassment, violence, or intimidation, whether internal or external. We have implemented security measures to protect our employees' well-being and encourage them to report concerns without fear of retaliation.
Political Spending
We respect the rights of employees to hold personal political views. However, House of Influencer Marketing does not engage in any form of political spending or endorsement of political candidates or parties. Our Code of Ethics and Conduct and global anti-corruption policies strictly regulate political activity.
Forced Labor, Human Trafficking, and Child Labor
We prohibit the use of child labor, forced labor, and any form of human trafficking, including bonded, indentured, or prison labor. This is consistent with India's Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986, and the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976. We are committed to promoting ethical practices across our supply chain.
